In 1988, Dr. Tony Markiewicz opened this practice with one dental chair and a simple idea: take care of your neighbors the way you’d want to be taken care of. Nearly four decades later, the practice has grown — his son, Dr. David, now leads a team of four providers, with general dentistry and periodontics working side by side in the same hallway — but that idea hasn’t moved an inch.
Three generations of Mundelein families have sat in our chairs, and some of our patients have been with us since the very first year. Our waiting room looks like the town does: kids and their parents, retirees, and professionals from Abbott, AbbVie, and small businesses across Lake County.
